- Inability to progress past character creation
- Non-responsive mobiGlas
- Non-responsive PMA or VMA
- Inability to access Personal Inventory System

1435 UTC - Loadout Service restarted. Associated systems are slowly recovering.
1520 UTC - Character Reset Tool temporarily offline.
1629 UTC - Character Reset Tool restored to operational status.
1734 UTC - Hotfix applied to Loadout Service.
2134 UTC - Investigating a new issue related to backend services. PU access may become limited.
2345 UTC - A new hotfix has been applied and services have been restored to operational status.
