1705 UTC - Issue identified, fix underway.
1733 UTC - Fix deployed, RSI Site coming back online, additional services coming online.
1745 UTC - Site validations are in-progress, IAE Rollout will begin after validations are completed.
1830 UTC - Site operating as expected. IAE Deployment completed. Platform Services Disruption resolved.
