Starting Monday February 1st @ 0400 UTC (Sunday January 31st @ 2300 EST/ 2000 PST) the RSI Platform will be offline for ~3 hours while we perform necessary database upgrades.
During this maintenance window the all of our online services will be offline, including but not strictly limited to the following:
- RSI Website
- RSI Pledge Store
- RSI Launcher
- RSI Authentication
- Star Citizen Game Servers

0200 UTC - Maintenance preparations are underway, in-game downtime warning broadcasts have begun. The Live & PTU Environment will begin denying new connections at 0320 UTC. Game Servers will shutdown at 0355 UTC.
0320 UTC - New Connections to Live and PTU environments now being denied.
0355 UTC - Game Servers Offline.
0400 UTC - Platform Maintenance Begin.
0615 UTC - Maintenance work complete, Validation checks in-progress.
0655 UTC - Site validation complete. Lifting maintenance mode. Additional platform service validation in-progress.
0710 UTC - Validations complete, Game servers coming online. Maintenance Complete, but will continue to monitor.
